I’m honored to be part of
Her Story: Pushing Boundaries
~a group exhibition exploring transformation, identity, and the power of personal narrative through sculpture, paintings, and mixed media. Below are several new works - some still in progress - that will be included in the show!
What Remains
This piece reflects the quiet ache of letting go—the moment when what you've protected is ready to leave. The remnants of eggs and feathers hold both loss and possibility. She stays behind, a heart both broken and hopeful, and a gentle knowing that she is what remains.
A mediation on love, release, and what we carry forward.

We’re Not So Different
Detail: We’re Not So Different
A meditation on presence, empathy, and the unspoken bond between souls.
This piece captures a tender moment between two souls—coming together with grace, reverence, and understanding. The lion and woman are entwined, connected by a language that needs no words.
Can We Keep Her?
A reflection on the boundaries we create, the ones we resist, and the meaning of freedom.
This piece invites us to question the shape of our reality.
By reversing roles—the girl inside, the birds outside—
it poses the question: Who is really free?
Sometimes we find ourselves in cages we didn’t choose.
Sometimes we build them ourselves.
Sometimes the cage keeps us safe.
Sometimes it keeps us small.
Honor
A meditation on dignity, quiet strength, and the power of self-knowing
This piece is about presence without performance.
The lion gazes outward—not seeking approval, not issuing a challenge—
but grounded in the quiet certainty of his own worth.
There is strength in knowing who you are,
and grace in not needing to explain it.
This piece explores the moment we begin to question our fears—
when instinct softens, and trust begins.
The wasp rests on a partially open hand, not met with resistance,
but with compassion for what was once misunderstood.
Its vibrant, rainbow-colored mosaic reflects transformation and balance—
a reminder that fear often fades when we choose to understand.
